o Introduce the dealership's products, promotions, and services to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
o Highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points of vehicles and dealership offerings.
2. Lead Generation:
o Identify and qualify leads based on customer inquiries, interests, and buying intent.
o Collect and record relevant customer information, including contact details, preferences, and purchasing timelines.
o Use effective questioning techniques to gather insights and assess customer needs and preferences.
3. Appointment Setting:
o Schedule appointments for sales consultations, test drives, and dealership visits based on customer availability and interest.
o Coordinate with sales representatives and managers to confirm appointment details and ensure seamless customer experiences.
o Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders or instructions.
4. Customer Engagement:
o Maintain regular communication with leads and prospects through follow-up calls, emails, and SMS messages.
o Answer incoming inquiries from customers regarding vehicle availability, pricing, financing options, and dealership services.
o Address customer concerns, objections, and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Data Management:
o Update customer records, lead status, and interaction history accurately in the dealership's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
o Generate reports and metrics related to call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales performance for management review.
6. Product Knowledge and Training:
o Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, specifications, and promotions offered by the dealership.
o Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops to enhance selling skills and customer engagement techniques.
